The following is a statement that attorney Dylan Vigh released on behalf of his client Heather Dill regarding a story Call 6 ran Sept. 6.

Perfect 10 Inc., by and through its president and sole shareholder, Heather Dill, regrets that it could not remain financially viable through this time of economic adversity. Ms. Dill will strive to ensure that Perfect 10's models are justly compensated from the bankruptcy estate and eagerly anticipates resolving all legal issues with the United States Trustee. However, it must be noted that for approximately four years Ms. Dill operated this business without incident. It was only after Ms. Lori Brooks, Perfect 10's former office manager, purloined company trade secrets and client accounts and then opened her competing model agency, Indy's Top Ten Models, was Perfect 10 faced with the prospect of having more money going out than coming in. Ms. Dill is confident that her business will be vindicated once a jury has heard all the facts levied against Ms. Brooks in a lawsuit pending in Marion Superior Court.
