How To Post Your School/Church Closings

Groups that already are registered with RTV6 can call the phone number they were given for our automated report system. Enter your ID number and your current password, follow the instructions, and your closing or delay will appear in RTV6's on-air ticker system and TheIndyChannel.com's closings page.

If your group is not registered, or if your password doesn't work, please fax a request on letterhead to:

Please include:

The name of your group

Phone number and address

The number of people affected by closing (Schools: How many students/teachers? Businesses: How many employees? Churches: How many people in your congregation?)

Fax number

A main contact name with a cell or home phone number

Once we receive the fax, we will send you the information you need to use our automated system.

To help us ensure that false closings aren't reported, we generally will not accept closing information by e-mail or by telephone (except for the automated system).
