INDIANAPOLIS -- I've learned a few things about weather forecasting in my 14 years here at RTV6.
Never be too confident, is one lesson. I never guarantee anything will happen.
As a result, when a forecast calls for precipitation it will include a probability.
For example, if there is a 30 percent chance of rain, that does not mean 30 percent of the RTV6 viewing area will receive rain.
It means there is a 30 percent chance any random place will get wet. So, it means three times out of t10 you will have rain at your house.
After that explanation, I guarantee you are bored!
