Musical Weather

Kevin's Weather Blog

My musical taste is very narrow.

James Taylor and Christopher Cross represent the range of music I own. Actually to be honest, I've got to list my John Denver tape also.

I'm assuming your collection is much broader.

Have you ever noticed all the weather references in music? I call it meteorological music.

Below is a list of some familiar weather-related songs. If you know some other good songs send me an email at kevin_gregory@theindychannel.com.

  • Rolling Stones: Get Off of My Cloud
  • The Beatles: Here Comes the Sun
  • Super Tramp: It's Raining Again
  • Little River Band: Time for a Cool Change
  • Glenn Fry: The Heat is On
  • Bob Seger: Against the Wind
  • Seals and Croft: Summer Breeze
  • Reo Speedwagon: Riding the Storm Out
