FRANKFORT, Ind. -- The National Weather Service in Indianapolis has determined Saturday’s damage in Frankfort was caused by straight line winds between 80-85 mph.
The storms rolled through Frankfort before noon, damaging multiple structures in the area.
Customers were evacuated from the Walmart on E. Wabash Street after the winds took off part of the roof and toppled over at least two semis in the parking lot.
The storm flooded the aisles and left pieces of the ceiling on the floor of the store.

Walmart closed Saturday but reopened to customers Sunday morning.
It is unclear at this time if anyone was injured inside the Walmart.
Multiple other businesses were closed Saturday because of flooding and damage.
Several homes were also damaged from the storms and the Frankfort High School football field was covered with debris Saturday evening.
It is unclear if the field itself was damaged from the storm, but pieces of plaster and wall from nearby building construction was scattered across the school yard and field.
There has been no word on injuries from Saturday's storms.
