Stubborn rainfall pushes flooding: Find levels with flood maps

INDIANAPOLIS - Heavy rain Friday and Saturday has led to rising rivers in some places, with much of Indiana seeing flood watches and warnings. Stay up-to-date on areas seeing higher waters with this flooding map.

The National Weather Service (NWS) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has several different types of flooding information available in an interactive map.

Once you're there, tabs above the map lead to current river levels, forecasted river levels and numbers on precipitation.

The National Weather Service has predicted the highest flood crests along the East Fork of the White River since April 2011.

The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) said crews will patrol state roads and post high water signs over the weekend to protect the community from flood waters.
