INDIANAPOLIS - Temperatures this morning are running a little bit warmer than they have the past few mornings and the result will be warmer temperatures this afternoon as well. Throw in mostly sunny skies and it will be a fairly nice Tuesday. The only flaw will be a bit of a gusty wind throughout the day. However, it is a south wind which will help us to get above normal.
Wednesday is even warmer with highs near 70 and still dry. Thursday we will climb into the low 70s before a cold front arrives. That front will bring a round of thunderstorms with it during the afternoon and evening hours ending the above normal temperatures. That cold front will linger on Friday keeping the rain in forecast for much of the day with highs in the 50s.
Looking ahead to the holiday and Final Four weekend it will be cool but mainly dry. Saturday’s high will be in the low 50s with partly cloudy skies while Easter Sunday will be mostly sunny with a high back up near 60 degrees.
