Two teens grazed by bullets in separate incidents

INDIANAPOLIS - Police said two teenagers were injured by gunfire in two separate incidents Friday into Saturday in Indianapolis.

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD) officer Christopher Wilburn said one teen was grazed by a bullet at roughly 11:30 Friday night in the 2900 block of New Jersey Street.

Wilburn said Saturday morning, a teenage girl was taken to Riley Hospital after being grazed by a bullet on her head.

There is no word yet on the teens' conditions, nor on how they were shot.

Police have not released details on any suspects yet.
