INDIANAPOLIS — The IHSAA boys basketball tournament has been postponed, due to concerns over the coronavirus pandemic.
The organization made the decision to limit the tournament’s fans on Thursday, but decided to postpone the tournament altogether Friday.
“Due to the number of schools closing after today for an extended period of time, it has become apparent the IHSAA boys basketball tournament series cannot be completed as scheduled,” the organization said in a release.
The girls gymnastics state finals will continue as scheduled with no spectators at 1 p.m. in Muncie.
