En Vogue, Scotty McCreery join star-studded lineup for 2019 Symphony on the Prairie season

INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra announced their lineup for "A Whole New Summer" the 2019 Symphony on the Prairie season on Friday.

The series is expanding to more than 30 concerts in 2019, which marks its 38th year.

This year's lineup includes Motown legend Smokey Robinson, Scotty McCreery, Kenny G, En Vogue and dozens more.

“We’re bringing an enhanced summer series to the Prairie while maintaining the beloved traditions our patrons have come to expect,” said Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra CEO James Johnson. “The ISO is looking forward to seeing plenty of familiar faces – from families who have been attending for decades – together with the new faces of those who have not yet experienced our performances, but are energized by our new concert offerings.”

Gates open at 6 p.m. and concerts will begin at 8 p.m. each night.

From now until March 31, value packs of concert tickets (10 tickets) can be purchased for $230 and may be used for lawn entry to any concert in 2019. The prices of those value packs will increase starting April 1.

Group Sales

Groups of 30 or more may purchase discounted tickets to Kroger Symphony on the Prairie for just $25. For group sales, contact ISO Director of Sales Joshua Shuck at (317) 231-6788 or at jshuck@IndianapolisSymphony.org.

ISO donors, subscribers, sponsors, and groups will have access to a presale for reserved seating, ISO Sunset Lounge, and reserved parking beginning Monday, March 18.

Single Tickets

Single tickets for Kroger Symphony on the Prairie concerts go on sale April 1 at 10 a.m.; in addition to purchasing online or at the Box Office on Monument Circle, tickets may be purchased at Central Indiana Kroger locations. Kroger Plus Card holders will receive a $1 discount per adult ticket.
