4 Arrested In Meth Lab Bust

Police: 2-Week Investigation Resulted In Arrests

Four people were arrested Tuesday night in a methamphetamine lab bust that resulted from a two-week investigation, Indiana State Police said.

Trooper Josh Maller said ISP and Peru police served a search warrant at a home in the 200 block of West Canal Street late Tuesday night.

Inside, officers "found items associated with the manufacturing of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia," said Sgt. Tony Slocum.

Jeremy Goshert, 32; Justin Goshert, 29; Karen Woods, 22; and Ryan Dyson, 18, were taken into custody.

Jeremy Goshert was arrested on charges of manufacturing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a city park, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of precursors.

Justin Goshert was arrested on charges of possession of over 10 grams of pseudoephedrine and possession of a drug lab.

Woods faces charges of possession of a drug lab and possession of precursors.

Dyson was arrested on charges of possession of precursors and possession of drug paraphernalia.

All were being held in the Miami County Jail. Jeremy Goshert's bond was set at $50,000. Justin Goshert and Woods were held on $13,000 bond, and Dyson's bond was set at $8,000.
