LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- Two men were behind bars this week, accused of trafficking girls through Lafayette.

The case started with one victim, but police quickly found they were dealing with many more.

Court records claim Elyvin Jackson and Cornelius Thompson were trafficking four girls around Lafayette since at least February.

The case started when police responded to a disturbance and found the first alleged human trafficking victim. After a series of interviews, they located three more.

Police claim one of the victims was under the age of 18 when she was first trafficked.
