MADISON COUNTY — A "significant outbreak" of COVID-19 at a Madison County nursing home has left nearly a dozen people dead.
Indiana State Health Commissioner Dr. Kristina Box said 11 residents of Bethany Pointe, a nursing home in Madison County. Three employees are also hospitalized from COVID-19 - two of them critically, Box said.
"These are our grandparents and our parents," Box said. "These are our friends, our neighbors, our church relatives. They're individuals we care about and that we want to protect."
