INDIANAPOLIS — Community Health Network's MedCheck and primary care offices have been integrated to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

All MedCheck offices will close Sunday and re-locate to primary care offices, according to a press release from Community Health Network.

Walk-in and "Save-A-Spot" appointments will not be available once the offices integrate, according to the release.

Patients should call their doctor or visit the network's virtual care website, according to the release.

Any patient who has questions or concerns about the symptoms or exposure of COVID-19 can call the network's triage center at 317-621-5500, or 765-298-4240 in Anderson or 765-776-3990 in Kokomo.
