MONROE COUNTY — All Monroe County parks will be temporarily closed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to a Facebook post from Monroe County Parks and Recreation, Karst Farm Park, Will Detmer Park, Flatwoods Park and Jackson Creek Park will not be available to the public.
"The Parks and Recreation Department’s primary concern is the safety and health of program participants and facility users," the post said.
