The oldest open warrant is for Nirmal Thakur, who pleaded guilty in May 2011 to one count of arson. He was sentenced to two years in prison, followed by four years in Hamilton County Community Corrections. Two of those years were meant to be spent in work release.

In August 2012, Thakur violated his probation by failing to return to the work release facility.

He remains free to this day.
