INDIANAPOLIS -- Prosecutors will drop conspiracy to commit murder charges against an alleged member of the "Grundy Crew" criminal organization in exchange for a guilty plea on one felony count of dealing marijuana.
Adrian Bullock Jr., 26, was one of 11 accused gang members arrested in October 2015 for their role in an alleged trafficking ring that moved drugs from Phoenix, Arizona, to Indianapolis.
Bullock was charged with conspiracy to commit murder, corrupt business influence, criminal gang activity and dealing marijuana.

On Thursday, Bullock appeared in Marion County Superior Court to change his plea on those charges – admitting to dealing marijuana in exchange for the dismissal of the other three charges against him.
Bullock has been in federal custody since he was convicted on weapons charges in July 2016. He was sentenced to 41 months in prison in that case.
He previously served more than three years in the Indiana Department of Correction for possession of cocaine.
Bullock is the latest alleged member of the Grundy Crew to see charges dropped against them.
In November, prosecutors dropped charges of conspiracy to commit murder, dealing cocaine and unlawful possession of a firearm charges against William Gammon III in exchange for a plea of guilty to one count of resisting arrest.
Earlier last year, in April, four murder charges were dropped against the alleged ringleader of the gang, Richard Grundy III, after a key witness was found to have lied to police about her identity.

Then, last month, the gang's alleged hitman, John Means, was found not guilty in a double murder case from 2014.
Means still faces charges in connection to another 2014 double murder. Charges remain pending against a number of other alleged Grundy associates as well.
A sentencing hearing for Bullock is scheduled for March 24. Bullock faces a sentence range of 2-8 years in prison, with an advisory sentence of four years. The terms of the plea day call for an initial executed sentence not exceeding three years.
