INDIANAPOLIS -- Police arrested a Marion, Indiana, man last week for the murder of his ex-girlfriend in September 2016 in Indianapolis.
Bobby Glasscock, 54, is accused of stabbing his ex-girlfriend, 26-year-old Hallie Bullard, to death on September 9, 2016.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed in Marion County, Bullard's girlfriend told police Glasscock was upset over their relationship. She said Bullard had recently moved and had tried to keep her new address a secret from Glasscock, but that he had found out where she lived.
Following her death, police found two police reports indicating potential harassment by Glasscock against Bullard, as well as an active protective order.

Surveillance video obtained by investigators reportedly shows Bobby Glasscock's truck pulling up around 4:00 a.m. on September 9, 2016, about eight houses down from Bullard's address.
The video shows Glasscock walk into Bullard's apartment, and the lights come on about 15 minutes later. Glasscock then walks outside and rifles through Bullard's SUV before returning inside. He is seen leaving the house around 4:45 a.m. and driving off.
Bullard's girlfriend returned home around 11:45 a.m. that morning to discover her unresponsive with an apparent stab wound. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

An autopsy determined Bullard died from a stab wound to her chest which perforated her aorta.
According to the probable cause affidavit, Glasscock denied being angry about Bullard's new relationship and said he hadn't seen her since before Labor Day.
Glasscock was subsequently arrested and ultimately transported to the Marion County Jail, where he was being held without bond.
