ZIONSVILLE, Ind. -- A Whitestown man faces charges of child exploitation and voyeurism for allegedly filming teenage girls in the employee bathroom at his workplace.

Lee Camden, 23, was arrested Friday following allegations he placed a recording device in the employee restroom at InterActive Academy in Zionsville.

According to a probable cause affidavit released Tuesday, two juvenile employees of InterActive Academy reported that Camden had videotaped them in the bathroom.

Police also interviewed another woman who said she received a call from Camden, who sounded "very distraught," explaining that he had "left his phone inside the women's bathroom and that it had been accidentally recording."

According to the affidavit, a video recovered from the phone showed Camden setting up the camera, checking the setup and then leaving the camera on a shelf in the bathroom.

In an interview with police, Camden acknowledged leaving his phone in the bathroom, but said it was an accident.

Police then arrested Camden on preliminary charges of child exploitation and voyeurism.

He was released from the Boone County Jail on Saturday on a $10,000 bond.

The company's risk and safety director released the following statement Tuesday evening about Camden's arrest:

"On Saturday, March 18th, we were advised that a male employee was accused of setting up a cell phone camera and filming another employee in a non-public staff only bathroom.  We reported this matter to the Zionsville police department who are now investigating the allegations.  The employee involved has been terminated.  We are fully cooperating with the investigation being performed by the Zionsville police department.  In order to allow the law enforcement investigation to proceed, we will not be making any further statements at this time."

Camden is the second InterActive Academy in the past five months to be accused of inappropriate conduct toward minors.

In November, 28-year-old Kenneth Arnold was arrested on charges of child molestation and battery for alleged incidents of inappropriately touching 10-12-year-old girls he was coaching in gymnastics.

According to Court Documents Zionsville Police were first notified of the allegations against Arnold in January 2016 after a young girl reported that he had touched her under her leotard during training. After InterActive Academy informed parents of that initial situation police say two other children came forward with similar complaints.

The incidents in that case are all alleged to have happened between October 2013 and December 2015.
