INDIANAPOLIS — A job fair specifically for veterans and their spouses will be held Thursday in Downtown Indianapolis.
The DAV RecruitMilitary Indianapolis Veterans Job Fair will be a free hiring event for vets, transitioning military personnel, National Guard Members, Reserve members and military spouses from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Murat Shrine Temple at 510 N. New Jersey St.
"We are pleased to provide these companies with access to the widest network of highly qualified veteran job candidates who are looking for meaningful civilian career opportunities," Tim Best, CEO of Bradley-Morris and RecruitMilitary, said in a release.
DAV RecruitMilitary hosted 139 veteran hiring events across the country in 2018 with nearly 6,750 exhibitors who spoke with 32,000 military-trained job candidates.
