LEBANON — A northern Indiana company is expanding to Lebanon and bringing nearly 100 new jobs.

MonoSol broke ground in early 2018 on its $72 million, 150,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in the Duke Realty Lebanon Business Park. It's the company's fourth manufacturing plant in Indiana and its sixth globally.

The company is seeking a range of full-time positions, including production associates, maintenance technicians, floor supervisors and other roles.

MonoSol producers water-soluble and biodegradable polymer films that are used by packaged goods companies for products such as dissolvable laundry and dishwasher detergent and protein supplements.

“To keep pace with the continued growth of our business and strong demand for our water-soluble film technology, we are excited to expand our manufacturing footprint into central Indiana,” said P. Scott Bening, president and CEO, MonoSol. “We look forward to introducing ourselves at the Career Fair and giving people the opportunity to learn about the MonoSol culture that has been key to our growth and success.”

Production is expected to begin at the Lebanon plant this fall.

To help fill the new positions, the company is hosting a Career Fair on Thursday, August 8 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Gene Haas Training and Education Center at 316 N. Mt. Zion Road in Lebanon.
