MADISON COUNTY — The 911 system was restored Wednesday evening in Madison County after an issue put the 911 lines out of service, according to an emergency alert.
The service was restored around 5 p.m., according to the alert.
Crews from AT&T were working to troubleshoot the issue and restore the 911 service, according to a Facebook post from Madison County Central Dispatch.
