MUNCIE — On a hot day in Muncie, teenagers and adults volunteered their time to clean up the property around City Hall.
According to information from the city, Mayor Dan Ridenour, the Muncie Parks Department, the Victim Advocate Office and the NAACP worked together to make Friday's event possible.
The parking lot was swept, flower beds were weeded and trash was removed.
And there were popsicles for everyone, donated by Walmart,which hit the spot!
