CARMEL — The Carmel Police Department has asked the public for their help in identifying a suspect in a vandalism case. The entire crime was caught on camera.
CPD says it happened just after 11 p.m. on Monday. The suspect is seen spraying graffiti on a wall near Monon Boulevard.
CPD has described the person as tall and slender with a unique walk.
