HANCOCK CO. — A police chase through two counties on I-70 leads to a man behind bars early on Thursday.
Officers noticed that a pickup and its license plate didn't match and tried to pull the vehicle over near 14th Street and Pershing Avenue.
The truck sped up, reaching 100 mph going eastbound on I-70.
Stop-sticks were used to slow the driver down near the Post Road exit. The truck lost a front tire.
The chase ended a short time later in Hancock County near the Greenfield exit.
No one was hurt.
