MADISON COUNTY — A man is in jail after police say he had his girlfriend record him doing things to a dog and then had it posted on social media.

The 58-year-old man from Anderson is charged with bestiality and invasion of privacy.

According to a probable cause document filed against him Madison County, the man abused a female pit bull that was given to him by his ex. The man allegedly had his girlfriend record him and the dog and then posted those videos on Facebook.

The details of what happened between the man and the dog were detailed in the probable cause, but are too graphic to post.

When interviewed by detectives and shown the videos that were recorded and taken from social media, the man claimed he had done nothing wrong. Detectives say the videos were enough to arrest the man and charge him with bestiality.

The incident remains under investigation in Madison County.
