INDIANAPOLIS -- A 20-year-old man was shot in the hand Monday morning on Indianapolis' northeast side.
The shooting happened at around 4:30 a.m., in the 10000 block of Pineneedle Court.
The man told police he was walking home from a nearby gas station when he heard gunshots and felt pain in his right hand.
He didn't see who was shooting at him, police say. He was taken to Eskenazi Hospital in good condition.
