NOBLESVILLE — There will be an increased police presence at Noblesville West Middle School Tuesday morning after a social media exchange about last year's school shooting escalated into a threat, according to school officials.

Noblesville schools emailed parents early Tuesday morning saying the Noblesville Police Department has been "monitoring and investigating the issue overnight" and school would not be delayed or canceled.
