INDIANAPOLIS — A person who was seriously injured in a shooting Monday night on the south side of Indianapolis was in a vehicle and being chased by another driver at the time of the incident, police said.
According to information from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, the victim is in serious but stable condition after the shooting that occurred in the 200 block of East Thompson Road.
Police closed the section of East Thompson Road near the area where the shooting took place.
Detectives are looking for a silver or gray vehicle in connection with the incident.
