INDIANAPOLIS — Police are investigating a shooting that seriously wounded a person Sunday night on the city's west side.
According to information from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers responded to the 4800 block of West Beecher Street on a report of a person shot.
Police found a person with a gunshot wound who was transported to a local hospital in serious condition, IMPD said.
