INDIANAPOLIS -- A person was shot inside a downtown Indianapolis hotel early Monday morning.
The shooting happened on the 20th floor of the Embassy Suites hotel on Washington Street just before 3 a.m.
The victim, a man in his 30s, stumbled out of a room and into the hallway.
A spokesperson with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said the victim is not cooperating with investigators, so police have not been able to figure out exactly what happened.
The man was taken to a hospital in serious but stable condition.
