INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis police are investigating after a person was found shot Friday evening at Monument Circle in Downtown Indianapolis.
Just after 8:30 p.m., Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were dispatched to 1 Monument Circle on a report of a person shot. Officers found a man with a gunshot wound.
The man was transported to an area hospital in stable condition, according to IMPD.
