KOKOMO — Police in Kokomo are searching for two suspects after a 17-year-old girl was shot in the head early this morning.
Kokomo Police Department officers responded to the 900 block of East Walnut Street just before 3 a.m. for a report of a person who had been shot. They found the teen victim at the scene and she was life-lined to Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis for treatment. Her condition is not known at this time.
Investigators were able to speak to some witnesses, although they believe others fled the scene before their arrival. So far two persons of interest have been identified.
Warrants have been issued for Tatiana Moody, 19, and Bradley Morgan, 20.
