AVON — It's been nearly two weeks since Najah Ferrell was last seen and her family is begging the public to help them find her.

Ferrell, 30, was last seen around 3 a.m. on March 15 at her home in the area of Dan Jones Road and County Road 100 South. Police say she was supposed to be at work that morning for the third day of her new job at Panera. Employees at that location told police she never showed up for work.

Avon Police Deputy Chief Brian Nugent said investigators located some of her personal belongings in the area of I-465 and Lafayette Road over the weekend. What exactly was found has not been released.

Nugent says an IMPD officer located Ferrell's vehicle in the area of 86th Street and Michigan Road around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday, a few miles from where Ferrell was expected to be the morning she went missing. The vehicle was sealed and taken to the Avon Police Department to be searched as part of the investigation.

Police say they have filed more than 30 search warrants for phone records, searches and other incidents since Ferrell was reported missing, including one at her home. Police have also interviewed more than 40 people in connection with her disappearance.

On top of the search warrants and interviews, police say they have also obtained video from multiple locations where Ferrell may have been that morning. They are still reviewing that video and have no information to release from it at this time.

"We want to encourage the public to be patient and trust the investigative process," Avon Police Department Detective Brian Nugent.

"As we stand here today, I can tell you we have been able to get some search and rescue dogs out as part of this investigation," Nugent said.

There was a construction zone in the area and a construction worker found and turned over to Indiana State Police that
