INDIANAPOLIS — Metro police are searching for answers after a woman arrived at a northwest side gas station early Thursday morning with gunshot wounds.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers were called to a "Speedway" gas station at West 56th Street and High School Road just before 2 a.m. Thursday on reports of a person shot.
According to IMPD officers at the scene, they're not sure where the shooting occurred, but it was not at the gas station.
The woman was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
Information surrounding a suspect has not been released.
