MUNCIE, Ind. -- A father and a son have both been charged with sexually abusing the same young girl.
Charles A. Wallace, 53, and Charles R. Wallace, 29, are both charged with sexual misconduct with a minor, child molestation and sexual battery.
Yorktown police say both men admitted to abusing the pre-teen girl. It is unclear exactly how old the victim was.
The father, Charles A. Wallace, is also charged with assaulting the victim's sister.
The incidents remain under investigation by the Yorktown Police Department.
