MUNCIE, Ind. -- A 23-year-old man was arrested in connection with a fatal hit-and-run in Muncie, Indiana.
A teen was struck by a vehicle around 10 p.m. near North Morrison and West McGalliard Roads and was transported to the hospital.
Devon Gaines, 23, was arrested in connection to the hit and run.
The victim's condition has not been released.
