INDIANAPOLIS — Due to severe weather and expected storms throughout the Midwest and Northeast, some flights have been canceled or delayed on Sunday at the Indianapolis International Airport.
As of 2:50 p.m. Sunday, 24 departures and three arrivals are delayed or canceled, according to an online flight status tracker from the airport.
The rain and snow is expected to cause travel hazards throughout the Midwest and Northeast over the weekend, according to a tweet from the National Weather Service.

Travelers should check their flight's status before heading to the airport as several airlines have issued travel warnings.
