SHELBYVILLE—Shelbyville firefighters had their hands full with a late-afternoon building fire, Wednesday.
Departments from outside the city were called on to help with the blaze and keep Shelbyville fire houses staffed.
Flames could be seen shooting from the old industrial structure on Webster Street, on the city's southwest side.
The building was unoccupied at the time of the fire. Boats and cars were stored inside.
According to the Shelbyville Fire Department, two firefighters suffered minor injuries as they worked to put out the blaze.
