FISHERS, Ind. --  You can now head to Fishers to get your Chicago-style hot dogs.

Portillo's 52nd restaurant off 116th Street officially opened for business on Thursday.

The 9,000 square foot eatery features a prohibition theme, two drive-thru lanes, seating for up to 250 customers and nearly as many parking spaces.

Portillo's is popular for its hot dogs, burgers and other Chicago-style foods.

In case you're wondering the restaurant is open from 10:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Portillo’s is the first of a slew of big businesses opening right along the Fishers I-69 corridor over the next couple of months. Portillo’s, IKEA and Top Golf are all within a stone’s throw of each other just off exit 205.

IKEA is scheduled to open on October 11 and Top Golf will open sometime this fall.

The Yard – which will include up to 18 restaurants, shops and hotels – is also expected to open in 2019 and will draw even more traffic to the area.

The city of Fishers added a 106th Street exit and is currently widening 116th Street to help manage the increase in traffic that is expected from the new developments.

The only other Portillo's location in Indiana is located in Merrillville.
