FISHERS, Ind. -- Two people were arrested after breaking into a Fishers house to fight with a juvenile girl, police say.

The break-in happened on July 3 in the 12600 block of Adirondack Court. The homeowner called police to report multiple people in her home, with many fighting with her daughter.

The homeowner said she and her daughter were inside their house when somebody started banging on the front door. She opened the door to find several people on the property. She told them to leave, but they pushed her aside and started fighting with her daughter.

When the homeowner called police, the suspects ran away. The homeowner's daughter was able to provide officers with many of the suspects' names.

The homeowner was injured trying to protect her daughter, but they did not need medical attention.

Two people were arrested -- a 17-year-old girl from McCordsville and Jerron D. Bond, 18, of Fishers. Both were preliminarily charged with residential entry, a Level 6 Felony. The girl was also charged with misdemeanor battery.

Most of the people believed to be involved in the case have been identified, police say.
