NOBLESVILLE — Noblesville investigators announced Thursday that they located the vehicle associated with the seat found in a Lowe's parking lot on Tuesday with blood and teeth on it.
According to the Noblesville Police Department, the vehicle was involved in a suicide investigation in Pennsylvania three months ago.
Investigators spoke with the owner and found that the vehicle was purchased online through a third party, without prior knowledge of the incident.
Why it was left in the parking lot of the Noblesville Lowe's is unknown at this time.
