NEW CASTLE, Ind. -- A man is dead after he sideswiped another vehicle and crashed into a tree Saturday afternoon.
The Henry County Sheriff says a Dodge Durango was eastbound on Indiana 38 when a second vehicle sideswiped it and then lost control, striking a tree.
The man inside the second vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. Their identity has not been released.
The person driving the Durango did not receive serious injuries.
The crash remains under investigation by the Henry County Sheriff's Office.
