INDIANAPOLIS — Police are looking for a 20-year-old woman last seen Thursday morning.
A missing person report from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said Lakia Foster told her mother at 10 a.m. Thursday that her child's father, Leon Payne, assaulted her and was holding her against her will.
Foster's mother believes they are driving in Payne's white 2011 Chevrolet Impala.
Foster is described as a black woman who is 5-feet-5-inches tall and 130 pounds, while Payne is a black male who is 5-feet-9-inches tall and 180 pounds.
