INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Public Schools is canceling classes later this month for teachers attending "Red for Ed Action Day."
On Nov. 19, teachers and other staff members who plan to participate in the legislative action day won't need to request a personal day, according to a press release from the district.
The district will have a regular school day on April 17, which was previously planned to be a professional development day, according to the release.
