INDIANAPOLIS – A teen who was once bullied in school turned to art as therapy and is a rising star in her industry.
Rachel Madison, 18, faces off against the best in the nation in makeup and body art competitions.
Her love for art began after she was bullied in school for being different.
“It was kind of a distraction because of the bullying and everything that was going on,” said Madison. “I think a lot of kids go thru it and that is one thing I will always stand behind is bullying.”
