INDIANAPOLIS — The College Avenue bridge over Fall Creek Parkway is reopening two weeks earlier than expected.
The bridge reopened in time to handle Tuesday morning's commute as drivers headed to work and the polls.
Road crews say the weather cooperated just enough that they were able to complete the project early.
The bridge closed in mid-September for deck resurfacing and sidewalk repairs and was expected to be closed until Nov. 17.
