INDIANAPOLIS -- We're getting a first look at a new construction project underway, which will change the look of the downtown Indianapolis skyline.
RTV6 is the first to obtain the latest artist rendering for the new apartment tower going up at City Way --- at South Delaware and Louisiana Streets.
The new development is not far from the Alexander Hotel, which is also part of the City Way campus, along with the Irsay Family YMCA.
Buckingham Company is constructing the 14-story building that will feature luxury apartments, a virtual golf simulator, a pet spa, and an infinity pool.
Construction crews have been working on the foundation for the last couple months.
The apartment tower should be completed by spring of 2019.
