INDIANAPOLIS – A person was shot and killed Saturday afternoon on the eastside of Indianapolis.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers and emergency responders were called around 12:30 p.m. to the 400 block of North Sherman Drive on the report of a person shot.
When they arrived, medics pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
The identity of the victim has not been released.
At this time, no information has been provided on any possible suspects.
