INDIANAPOLIS -- A person was shot in the leg while walking on the eastside of Indianapolis Sunday morning.
Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers and emergency responders called around 9:20 a.m. to the 400 block of North Chester Avenue on the report of a person shot.
At this time, police have not released the identity or condition of the victim.
Police have also not released any information on any possible suspects.
